The Taoyuan Academic Affairs Section offers high-quality administrative service. It will provide highly efficient, quality service for faculty, staff and students on campus through vertical linkage with every unit of Academic Affairs Division in Taipei and horizontal communication with every unit in Taoyuan Campus as well.
Goals：
G1 – Vertical linkage with every unit of Academic Affairs Section in Taipei.
G2 – Horizontal communication of every unit on Taoyuan Campus.

Mission：
Under the guidance of the Student Affairs Division and Taoyuan Campus Administrative Affairs Division, the mission of the Taoyuan Student Affairs Section at MCU is to enhance, support and complement the academic mission of the university by promoting a campus environment that supports learning, serves the needs of students, and fosters a sense of responsibility, high ethical standards, team spirit, health lifestyles, emotional well-being and enhance personal growth beyond a scope of worldview.

G3 - Create opportunities for personal growth, leadership experience, and the community service volunteer programs that empower students to take initiative while challenging them to be accountable, responsible, and civilized.

Under the supervision of the General Affairs Division and the Taoyuan Campus Administrative Affairs Division of Ming Chuan University, the Taoyuan General Affairs Section serves and supports all teachers and students by providing and maintaining a suitable environment.
Goal：
Promote the quality of service while construct and maintain a clean, comfortable, and secured campus.
Mission：
Chengkung Administration and Energy Management Section, under Taoyuan Campus Administrative Affairs Division, serves the needs of faculty and students on Chengkung Area; offers prompt academic support service and promotes a secured and peaceful environment in order to suit the needs of both teaching and learning.
Goals：
G1 - Support teaching and administration work in Student Affairs Section and General Affairs Section.
G2 - Ensure secure and peaceful environment on ChengKung Area.
Mission：
The Evening Class Administration Section supports the tasks all other sections offer during the daytime, to serve the needs of faculty and students with classes after regular office hours.
Goals：
G1 - Support teaching and administration work in Student Affairs Section and General Affairs Section.
G2 – Ensure secure and peaceful environment on campus.
